Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-conscious
Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant to join our finance
department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in
providing administrative support to the accounts receivable
department through documentation, ensuring deadlines are met, and
by maintaining accurate records. If you have a strong attention to
detail, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:--- Complete
accounts receivable administrative processes and ensure timely
filing of records and letters.--- Issue collection letters through
various forms of communication, including email and mail, while
maintaining a professional and courteous manner.--- Update CRM
system with relevant customer information and interactions.---
Prepare Notice to Owner requests accurately and in a timely
manner.--- Assist in preparing lien documents, including homeowner
packets, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.--- Manage
the satisfaction of liens process efficiently and maintain accurate
records of lien releases.--- Coordinate post-lien actions,
including preparing designated files for attorneys and assisting
with legal proceedings as needed.--- Collaborate with internal
teams to resolve any discrepancies or customer inquiries
promptly--- Initiate and monitor collections via the small claims
court process--- Any and all other duties as assigned my

equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
Finance, or related field preferred.--- Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM
software.--- Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
and internal stakeholders.--- Exceptional attention to detail and
accuracy, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet
deadlines.--- Ability to work independently as well as
collaboratively within a team environment.--- Familiarity with
legal processes related to lien management is a plus.Compensation
