Position: Director/Sr. Director of Automation & Transformation Location: Miami, Florida Type: Full-Time Position 100% IN OFFICE Are you ready to make an impact? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Kaseya is seeking a dynamic Director/Sr. Director of Data Reporting and Analytics to revolutionize our sales reporting processes. This role will leverage SQL (we work with Snowflake and Azure) and PowerBI, alongside Excel and other data visualization tools, to drive data-driven insights and enhance our reporting capabilities. As a key member of our sales strategy team, you will be instrumental in optimizing data processes, ensuring accurate and actionable insights, and leading our efforts in transforming reporting from manual to automated. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and strategic decision-making across the company. WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Director of Data Reporting and Analytics will lead the development and execution of comprehensive reporting and analytical strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves analyzing and optimizing existing reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and secure reporting solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing reporting and IT systems. Leading a team of reporting analysts and engineers, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, guiding the team to enhance reporting processes based on performance metrics and feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Go to Market, IT, Business Operations, Reporting, Marketing, Product Owners, Finance, and Billing & Collections will be essential to identify and implement reporting and analytical opportunities that meet business needs. You will also manage documentation, compliance with security policies, and relationships with any relevant tool vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the impact of reporting initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive data reporting and analytical strategies that align with the organization's goals. Identify and prioritize reporting and analytics opportunities across various processes and systems.
  • Data Analysis and Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track Go to Market activities using PowerBI. Present analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Provide deep insights and recommend process changes/improvements based on data.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Oversee the analysis of existing reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Guide the design and optimization of reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting Solutions Oversight: Supervise the design, development, and implementation of reporting solutions using SQL and PowerBI. Ensure that reporting solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Provide direction, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Tool Integration Management: Oversee the integration of reporting tools with existing systems. Ensure seamless integration with monitoring and logging systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of reporting processes. Implement improvements and updates based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Documentation and Training: Ensure proper documentation of reporting processes, workflows, and best practices. Facilitate training and support for staff and stakeholders on reporting tools and techniques.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to reporting processes and systems. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI.
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions and data modeling best practices.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and reporting technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools and CI/CD pipelines for data projects.
  • Ideal but not necessary: Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or similar credentials. MBA or Masters in a relevant field.
