Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Operations and Program
Management to oversee the execution of the OASIS program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for the OASIS program, ensuring
alignment with business objectives and driving program-level
outcomes
Oversee all aspects of the OASIS program, managing resources and
coordinating detailed program plans for timely completion
Implement operational processes to optimize performance and report
on key performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in program management or operations roles,
preferably in technology or IT services
Expertise in managing complex schedules and structured
workflows
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and
platform engineering
Experience with AI-driven or automation initiatives is highly
desirable
