Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer to lead and
manage operations and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operations, including finance, IT, HR, and
compliance
Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance
efficiency and align with the organization's mission
Oversee budget and resource allocation while guiding the
organization through growth and change
Required Qualifications
10 years of executive-level operations experience, including 2-3
years in senior leadership at a non-profit
Experience in change management and organizational culture
change
Proven track record in designing and maintaining efficient
organizational systems
Deep experience in at least three functional areas such as HR, IT,
or compliance
Commitment to supporting racial justice and Black-led movements
