Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to oversee
and enhance People Operations programs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enforce, and enhance global People Team programs and
processes
Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the employee database
and People Tech stack tools
Partner with stakeholders to streamline and automate employee
lifecycle processes
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a
related field
Successful experience with project management and
administration
Strong technical acumen with various HR systems
Ability to manage change and deal effectively with change
management initiatives
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
