Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer to lead
financial operations and compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial statement preparation, financial planning, and
budget forecasting
Maintain ledger reconciliations, audit support, and financial
reporting to regulators
Manage and develop a high-performing team across global financial
operations
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
advanced degree is a plus
20+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4
experience
CPA or equivalent license required
Experience in regulated financial services with knowledge of
regulatory requirements
Proven leadership experience in finance teams and managing
performance
