Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Social Work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project and program implementations with daily operational
reporting and tracking for private duty nursing care
Collaborate with families, care managers, and home health aides to
improve coverage and navigate the healthcare system
Communicate business objectives and program processes to key
stakeholders at various organizational levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent
experience
5+ years of project implementation and/or program management
experience in the healthcare industry
Performance consulting background preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
