Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Manager in Customer
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a Quality Management System and QA Model
Manage incident and CAPA processes, including monitoring issues and
implementing preventative actions
Facilitate successful hand-offs between Customer Experience
functional groups
Required Qualifications
10+ years in a quality assurance/quality management role in a
software company with healthcare data
Experience establishing a Quality Management System, including SOPs
and team training
Prior CAPA experience with incident reviews and root cause
assessments
Ability to collaborate between professional services and software
teams
Lean / 6-sigma training strongly preferred
