Job Description:

to qualify for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the
organization's mission and goals.- Develop and implement
comprehensive organizational strategies and plans.- Oversee the
financial management of the organization, including budgeting,
forecasting, and funding.- Ensure compliance with legal,
regulatory, and ethical standards.- Cultivate and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, family
members, and community leaders.- Lead and manage the senior
management team to ensure effective operations.- Report to the RDO
and provide regular updates on organizational performance and
strategic initiatives.- Represent the organization at public
events.- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and
continuous improvement within the organization.- Monitor and
evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements as
necessary.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that
supports professional development and employee engagement.- Develop
and implement policies and procedures to enhance organizational
efficiency and effectiveness.- Lead organizational change
initiatives to adapt to evolving environments and challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Senior
Living (Assisted Living and Memory Care)- Proven track record in
strategic planning and execution.- Exceptional financial acumen and
budget management skills.- Strong understanding of industry
regulations and compliance.- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor,
and develop high-performing teams.- Excellent communication and
presentation skills.- Experience in stakeholder management and
building strategic partnerships.- Bachelor's degree in business
administration, Management, or a related field preferred.- Ability
to drive organizational change and foster innovation.- High level
of integrity and ethical standards.- Strong problem-solving and
decision-making abilities.- Proficiency with relevant technology
and software applications.
Compensation details: 100000-120000 Yearly Salary
