Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Lines Inside Sales Manager
to lead and develop a team of sales agents in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15 Personal Lines Producers
Construct and implement unique sales strategies to generate new
business opportunities
Monitor and develop KPIs around monthly sales goals and deliver
performance reviews
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of insurance experience
5+ years of sales or service management experience
Proven leadership background in a sales environment
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for details
