Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of SLED Sales to lead and
develop a high-performing sales team focused on revenue growth in
the State, Local, and Higher Education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to drive revenue growth through existing SLED
Enterprise customer base
Oversee collaboration with Specialist reps on cross-sell
opportunities
Provide management, feedback, forecasting, and recommendations
related to pipeline health and sales goals
Required Qualifications:
14+ years of professional experience in sales management targeting
corporate accounts
7+ years of leadership experience managing a team of 5+ sales
professionals
Experience leading public sector and Higher Education sales
teams
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional sales
plans
Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage with multiple
decision-makers
