Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Lead Web Designer focusing on E-commerce platforms to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading the design of the company website and marketing initiatives .

Responsibilities

Design, create, and modify company website, continuously enhancing for for optimized customer experience
Develop digital communications/web development strategies and plans that include goals, target markets and audiences, digital assets, creative content, website performance evaluation, creation and optimization
Integrate web sites with other computer applications
Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
Improve and develop online presence for company website and CRM tool
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
Determine product demand and customer awareness
Create and develop digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to email, web and company marketing material
Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats
Provide strategic input to innovate and deliver digital solutions based on market research
Identify new opportunities for digital content and spearhead execution of these initiatives
Evaluate and demonstrate the business impact of digital programs/website design through reports and KPIs
Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity
Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field preferred
5-7 years of previous experience in web development/digital marketing field
Proven experience in web development/design
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage team effectively
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Bi-lingual (Spanish & English)
