Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trademark Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, coordinate, and file trademark applications and related
forms at the USPTO
Manage and collaborate with local counsel and vendors for
international trademark filings and portfolio management
Track and manage docket deadlines and routine business partner
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trademark prosecution,
docketing, and portfolio management
Proficiency in trademark laws both in and outside the U.S
Experience using trademark docketing platforms and MS Office
programs
