Job Description:
A company is looking for an Attorney with prior litigation
experience for a remote project starting March/April 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in non-judicial administrative hearings
Analyze files to determine the stage of the administrative claims
process for each case
Communicate and negotiate possible settlements, preparing related
documentation
Required Qualifications
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in a US state
jurisdiction
Full-time availability during regular business hours (EST)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrable high level of tech-savviness
Flexibility and proficiency in a fast-paced environment
