Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deputy General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and
manage associated legal risks
Oversee litigation and dispute resolution efforts, providing
counsel on all litigation aspects
Support corporate governance and compliance, including legal
research and policy implementation
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, focusing on
commercial contracts, corporate law, and litigation
Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one state
Strong analytical skills to assess legal and commercial risks
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
effectively
