Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel - Vendor and
Provider Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and draft vendor and supplier contracts, including IT
agreements
Advise on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to
Medicaid, Medicare, and Exchange product lines
Collaborate with internal clients to identify legal risks and
provide strategic solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Licensed to practice law in at least one state, with the ability to
obtain Pennsylvania In-House Counsel License
8+ years of experience in the legal field, specifically in contract
review and drafting
Experience as in-house counsel in the healthcare industry
preferred
Prior managed care experience is advantageous
Demonstrated analytical and legal project management skills
