Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Product Success Lead,
Payer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of digital project implementation,
ensuring optimal outcomes and reporting results to clients
Provide exceptional client service and support, proactively
addressing challenges and enhancing project impacts
Partner with Go to Market teams to advise on project strategies and
support sales through collaboration and training
Required Qualifications
Driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical high performer
Ability to communicate effectively with various client personas and
internal partners
Highly organized and able to handle multiple client projects
simultaneously
Experience working with health plans, data analytics, or delivery
is a plus
Prior experience implementing SaaS solutions is advantageous
