Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Credit Senior Underwriter/Portfolio Manager in Dealer Commercial Services.



Key Responsibilities

Underwrite new requests and manage ongoing credit risk of existing loan portfolios through continuous credit monitoring
Analyze financial information and complete credit analyses for commercial transactions, including risk assessments and industry concerns
Collaborate with relationship managers throughout the deal process, ensuring timely and accurate risk ratings for a portfolio of commercial credits


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
5 years of experience in commercial credit, public accounting, or financial analysis
In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and work experience, including 5 years in relevant fields
Deep understanding of the financial regulatory environment related to commercial credit transactions
Experience in training junior or newly hired underwriters is preferred
