Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Order Representative
(REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring accuracy of
patient demographics and information
Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits to patients, and
process payments as needed
Identify patient needs and provide solutions while maintaining
compliance with internal and external requirements
Required Qualifications
High school graduate
A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and
Excel
Home Health/DME related experience preferred; knowledge of
insurances is a plus
Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a
related field is highly preferred
