Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Advisor, fully
remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of products, customer needs, and the
insurance market
Serve as the first line of contact for customer inquiries and
coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Manage the full customer relationship lifecycle, from initial
inquiries to post-purchase support
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success roles, preferably in a durable
medical equipment (DME) company
Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and exceeding
expectations
Ability to work independently and creatively in a fast-paced
startup environment
Passion for consumer healthcare and improving patient lives
