A company is looking for a Patient Experience Advocate to
enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the patient journey by ensuring high standards of care and
support
Proactively identify and resolve patient concerns to improve
satisfaction
Collaborate across departments to streamline the patient
experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in patient care with a focus on empathetic
service
2+ years of experience using Zendesk and Athena for communication
and problem resolution
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting
team objectives
Strong understanding of privacy and compliance regulations
regarding Protected Health Information (PHI)
Proven ability to build relationships across departments to enhance
patient experience
