Overview The Patient Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Sage Dentals commitment to exceptional patient care. This position serves as a liaison between patients, dental office teams, and doctors to address and resolve patient concerns. This is not a remote position - it is based at our Support Center in beautiful Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities Support Sage Dental doctors, dental office teams and patients as liaison for patient concerns. Receive, investigate and respond to patient concerns and inquiries via telephone, email, social media, BBB or internal communications. Coordinate with Sage Dentals Clinical Director and Director of Healthcare Privacy and Quality Assurance, to ensure patient satisfaction and retention. Document communications using Sage Dentals intranet programs. Conducts assessment of patient issues to identify trends. Provide quarterly reports of documented communications to Clinical Director and Directors of Market Operations. Assist in providing requested patient records for insurance grievances. Qualifications Bachelors degree and 2+ years of related dental experience. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of dental office or management experience.
