A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor for Online
Workforce Development Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with prospective students to provide
information about programs and requirements
Build relationships with students to ensure a personalized
admissions experience
Execute targeted communication campaigns to improve conversion
rates from lead to enrolled
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a
related field
Proficiency in CRM tools and enrollment technologies
Proven track record of improving processes to increase enrollment
efficiency
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while
managing multiple projects
