Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Development Associate,
Philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve CRM systems and fundraising tools, ensuring
data accuracy and supporting team training
Conduct prospect research and manage grants, collaborating with the
fundraising team to identify new donor opportunities
Oversee gift processing and donor stewardship, ensuring timely
acknowledgment and proper documentation of donations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in development operations for a small to
mid-sized team
Experience with institutional fundraising processes, including
grant-writing and donor cultivation
Strong data analysis skills and experience with CRM maintenance;
HubSpot experience is a plus
Experience in conducting prospect research and supporting
fundraising reports
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and
work through ambiguity
