Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Product Design to lead and
scale its product design function.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end product design process, including research,
ideation, and implementation
Conduct user research and testing initiatives to inform design
decisions
Develop design team culture, processes, and hiring strategies as
the team grows
Required Qualifications
7+ years of product design experience, particularly at early-stage
startups
Proven ability to build and scale design functions from scratch
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
Experience collaborating with executive teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with Figma and experience in designing complex B2B
applications is a plus
