Job Title: Microelectronics Equipment Maintenance ManagerJob Code: -18817Job Location: Palm Bay, FL -Job Description:Due to substantial growth in our business L3Harris has an immediate need for a Microelectronics Equipment Maintenance Manager. We are seeking an advanced professional with practical knowledge of the microelectronics fabrication equipment area. This key role will provide technical insight for our existing technologies and develop new technologies to capture and lead new programs with our military, government, and commercial customers. -Essential Functions:

• Lead teams responsible for all engineering operations including equipment engineering, process engineering, shift administration and coordinations, general operations
• Define and lead preventative maintenance plans for multi-tool process flows
• Lead teams through process improvement activities (5S, value stream mapping, etc.) for new tool installation through productionRequirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.Preferred:
• TS Clearance
