Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Federal
Financial Services focusing on Program Operations and Lender
Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Lender Relations team by addressing complex lender
issues and preparing training materials
Interface with clients to refine loan system requirements and
recommend enhancements
Collaborate with project management and technology teams on
training, user experience, and change management
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in small business lending, including loan
operations or loan systems
Strong network of lenders in the small business sector
Experience with testing and implementation of lending platforms is
preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
