Key Responsibilities
Drive the overall electrical strategy, focusing on sales,
efficiency, licensing, and compliance
Manage complex programs from strategy to execution, ensuring
alignment with company goals
Lead and mentor high-performing teams while collaborating
cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with 4+ years in
a management role
In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC,
NFPA, OSHA)
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing
requirements at state and national levels
Proven experience in managing end-to-end programs, including
strategy and evaluation
Familiarity with sales processes related to electrical services
