Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute contract renewal processes for customers across
multiple time zones
Collaborate with internal teams to track renewal metrics and
customer satisfaction
Make outbound calls to secure subscription renewals and address
customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of experience in sales operations, account management, or
renewals
SaaS experience is required; healthcare experience is a plus
Proven sales experience with the ability to overcome objections
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment
