If the idea of helping people while using your courtroom-honed persuasive skills in a new, high-energy environment excites you, read on!Compensation:$100,000 - $200,000Responsibilities:What You'll Do:Lead Strategy Sessions: Use your communication and persuasion skills to connect with prospective clients through phone calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings.Advise & Tailor Solutions: Help people navigate their legal challenges by breaking down complex issues into clear, actionable plans, ensuring they feel supported and empowered.Collaborate & Coordinate: Work with intake personnel, our Leadership Team and our attorneys to streamline processes and elevate client experiences.Own the Sales Process: Shift from advocating for clients in court to advocating to clients, convincing them that Rossen Law Firm is their trusted partner.Business Development: Be a front-facing representative of our firm at networking events, conferences, and community gatherings, helping to grow our reach and reputation.Qualifications:What We're Looking For:A master communicator with a proven track record of building trust and rapport quickly.An extroverted problem-solver who thrives in high-energy environments and doesn't shy away from the fast pace of sales.A passion for helping others, coupled with a knack for simplifying complex topics into relatable, actionable advice.A strategic mindset-someone who understands how to guide people from confusion to clarity and can close the deal with confidence.An empathetic leader who can oversee intake teams and collaborate with legal experts to ensure seamless service.What We're NOT Looking ForIf you are still itching to get into a courtroom and Litigate- This job is not for you.If you think that "Sales" is beneath "Litigation" - This job is not for you.If you aren't ready for a career in High-Level Sales- This is not the job for you.What You'll Bring:A strong desire to transition from courtroom advocacy to salesroom advocacy.A love for public speaking, persuasion, and turning "maybes" into "absolutely yes."An ability to identify constitutional issues and communicate the impact of those issues to prospective clients in a clear and relatable way.A genuine passion for people-you're in this because you care deeply about making a difference in their lives.Speed, pace, and urgency with every contact with the firm.Experience with DUI, misdemeanor, or felony cases is a plus, but not required-we'll teach you the legal stuff if you bring the sales spark.About CompanyWith offices in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and throughout South Florida, Rossen Law Firm is a high-end criminal/DUI defense firm.
