Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing SMB sales team
Manage team performance to exceed sales targets and drive customer
acquisition
Optimize and scale existing sales processes for efficiency and
predictability
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing a high-performing SMB or velocity
sales team
Demonstrated success in a high volume, account executive role
Experience in implementing or scaling sales processes and tools,
such as CRMs
A deep understanding of SMB customers and their challenges
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup
environment
