Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, 2nd Line Fraud Oversight
and Control.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight on fraud prevention activities and assess fraud
strategy
Develop and maintain fraud risk assessments and update policies and
procedures
Report on the effectiveness of fraud capabilities to executive
management and the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in fraud risk management in payment,
fintech, or financial institutions
Strong understanding of second-line frameworks related to fraud
governance and oversight
Deep knowledge of various types of fraud, including financial fraud
and identity theft
Expertise in data analysis to inform preventative measures
Ability to influence executive management and collaborate across
departments
