Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Claims Team
Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end claims process for disability and leave of
absence products, ensuring accurate processing within
guidelines
Foster strong client relationships to understand their needs and
address any issues promptly
Build and lead high-performing claims teams, providing coaching and
setting performance goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance
Claims
3+ years of people leadership experience with strong team
management abilities
Specific experience with Short Term Disability, Long Term
Disability, and/or Paid/Unpaid Leaves
